What is DeepSource
DeepSource is a platform that reviews your code and helps you fix problems before they cause trouble. It checks every pull request against thousands of rules, then uses an AI agent to catch things that plain rules might miss.
Along with reviewing code, it looks for security bugs, exposed secrets, risky dependencies, and missing test coverage. When it finds a problem, it can suggest or even apply a fix automatically through a feature called Autofix.
DeepSource works with GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps, and connects to tools like Slack and Jira. It also has an MCP server so AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor can read its reports and fix issues on their own.
There is a free plan for open source projects, a Team plan for paid usage, and a custom Enterprise plan with self hosted options for larger companies.
