Genspark AI Workspace 4.0 Brings AI Assistant to Your Desktop and Microsoft Office
Genspark has launched AI Workspace 4.0, bringing its AI assistant to desktops, Microsoft Office apps, and live meetings.

Genspark has launched AI Workspace 4.0, a major update that brings its AI assistant, Claw, beyond the cloud and into the tools people use every day.
The biggest addition is a new desktop app that lets Claw work directly on a user's own computer. It can open folders, rename files, pull data from spreadsheets, and browse the web automatically. Users no longer need to upload files or switch between apps. Claw handles the task like a real assistant sitting at the same desk.
Genspark has also released native plugins for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. These let users access Genspark's AI agents from inside the Office apps they already use.
In PowerPoint, it can research topics and build slides using existing templates. In Excel, it handles data analysis, charts, and formulas. In Word, it drafts and edits documents with full context awareness.
The company also upgraded Speakly, its voice companion app. Speakly now offers live translation during video calls, making it easier for multilingual teams to follow conversations in real time. It also connects to Google and Outlook calendars to automatically join meetings, record discussions, and send summaries to all attendees after the call.
Genspark's automation workflows have also been upgraded to run on a new engine called OpenCode, which handles more complex tasks faster and with greater reliability.
The company says it has reached 250 million dollars in annual recurring revenue within 12 months, backed by 545 million dollars in total funding. All new features are available now at Genspark AI, with a free tier available for new users.
