Superwhisper

Superwhisper is a voice to text app that lets you speak instead of type in any app on your Mac, Windows, or iPhone. It listens to what you say and turns it into clean, well formatted text right where your cursor is.

It works in three steps: it records your voice, converts speech to text, and then an AI model cleans it up based on the mode you choose, like an email, a note, or a casual message.

You can run everything offline for privacy, or use cloud models for extra quality. It also lets you bring your own AI keys and build custom modes with your own instructions.

Recently it added a command line tool and MCP support, so coding agents like Claude Code can use your past dictations as context, making it useful for everyday writing and developer work alike.
