Replit Adds AI-Powered Design Suite to Its Platform

Replit has launched a new tool called Replit Design. It is built to help anyone create professional looking designs using AI, even if they have no design skills at all.

The company says most AI design tools today are split into many parts. You write a prompt in one app, fix the design in another, and then move it somewhere else to publish it. Each step often loses quality or changes the original idea. Replit Design tries to fix this by keeping the whole process in one place.

The main feature of the tool is called Ambient Intelligence. Instead of writing detailed prompts, the system studies what you are working on and suggests the next steps on its own. Users can simply accept these suggestions with one click, which helps keep the original idea and feel intact.

Replit Design also lets users choose between different AI models, including Claude, GPT-5, Gemini, Kimi, and GLM, so people can compare results before picking one.

Another major feature is its connection with Mobbin, a large library of real app screens used by designers around the world. This means users can pull real design examples directly inside Replit without needing a separate account.

The tool also supports brand kits, so every new design automatically matches a person’s chosen colors, fonts, and style. Users can start a project by typing a description, importing a link, uploading a Figma file, or even recreating a design from a screenshot.

Output options include websites, mobile app designs, posters, social media graphics, and marketing materials. These designs can also be turned into fully working apps using Replit’s existing platform.
