Circleback offers three plans built for different sizes of teams.

• Individual ($25/user/month): Best for solo creators, with unlimited AI notes, action items, transcription, automations, and search across your own meetings.

• Team ($30/user/month, most popular): Adds shared meetings, team-wide search, custom data retention, centralized billing, and access management on top of everything in Individual.

• Enterprise (custom pricing): Built for large organizations, adding priority support, onboarding help, and advanced security controls.

Both Individual and Team drop to a lower monthly rate when billed yearly, roughly $20.83 a month for Individual and $25 a month for Team, and every plan can be started for free before you pay anything.

Grain offers four plans: Free, Starter, Business, and Enterprise. The Free plan costs nothing and covers unlimited meetings up to 45 minutes, AI notes, and basic MCP access, with no credit card required.

Starter costs $15 per seat a month billed yearly, or $19 per seat a month billed monthly. It removes the meeting length limit and adds advanced AI notes, custom prompts, and admin controls.

Business costs $29 per seat a month billed yearly, or $39 per seat a month billed monthly. It adds HubSpot and Salesforce sync, AI coaching, trackers, and unlimited teams.

Enterprise has custom pricing and adds SAML based SSO, audit logs, custom invoices, and a dedicated customer success manager. Grain does not require annual contracts.
