Circleback offers three plans built for different sizes of teams.

• Individual ($25/user/month): Best for solo creators, with unlimited AI notes, action items, transcription, automations, and search across your own meetings.

• Team ($30/user/month, most popular): Adds shared meetings, team-wide search, custom data retention, centralized billing, and access management on top of everything in Individual.

• Enterprise (custom pricing): Built for large organizations, adding priority support, onboarding help, and advanced security controls.

Both Individual and Team drop to a lower monthly rate when billed yearly, roughly $20.83 a month for Individual and $25 a month for Team, and every plan can be started for free before you pay anything.

Wispr Notetaker follows a simple three tier pricing model. The Free plan costs $0 a month and includes core dictation, notetaking on Mac, and a weekly meeting limit with standard note retention.

The Pro plan costs $15 per user a month, or $12 per user a month if you pay annually, which is a 20% discount. Pro removes the meeting and dictation limits, extends note retention, and adds advanced AI models, centralized billing, and shared dictionaries for teams.

For larger organizations, Enterprise pricing is custom and requires contacting sales. It adds SSO, SCIM, audit logs, domain management, and SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance, though a few Notetaker features are still listed as coming soon on this tier.
