Tactiq

Tactiq is an AI powered meeting note taker that joins your calls without a bot. It works right inside Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams through a Chrome extension, picking up the live captions from the meeting platform itself instead of recording audio.

As the meeting runs, Tactiq shows a live transcript in a side panel. You can highlight key moments, tag action items, ask the AI questions about what was said, and take screenshots, all while the conversation is still happening.

Once the call ends, Tactiq can turn the transcript into a summary, a list of action items with owners, or a follow up email in one click. Everything is saved to your account so you can search across past meetings and share notes with your team.

There is a free plan for light use, paid plans for individuals and teams, and a custom Enterprise plan for larger companies that need extra security and admin controls.
